The founder and leader of Warrioress League 209, Sarom Teiv, will be the guest speaker at a Memorial Day ceremony. Teiv’s Army career spans 21 years, in which she deployed to combat missions in Iraq and Afghanistan, provided humanitarian efforts during Hurricane Katrina, and was a peacekeeper in Kosovo and Macedonia. Teiv continues to serve in her community as the local platoon leader of The Mission Continues, among many other duties.
